Most of the staff in the stores are trying their best despite the efforts of the DMs and up to limit the potential of individuals and stores. Benefits when you can get them aren't bad, though no 401k match despite the CEO's continuing to pay himself an annual "dividend" in the hundreds of millions. There is potential in the niche, though the decision-makers seem hell-bent on destroying that potential.

Lack of evidence of it and corporate mandated programs are based on fantasy rather that reality. No support for stores with DMs and majority of SMs brought in at the expense of capable and competent managers having no understanding of HFT policies and culture (Bhopal toxic).
