Hiring wage for p/t and f/t non-management positions is embarrassing Company programs (freight receiving/processing, LP, inventory management, training,) certainly highlight how to do things the hard way. If you don't come to the company with previous retail management experience - recommended not to use this company as a positive resume influence. Promotions based on who you know and attrition, not actual experience/qualified candidates Company growing too fast to keep up with systems and programs/policies needed to run a fluid business. Growing pains are expected, bad apples bringing in bad habits from other companies is avoidable.
