No pros at all. Just very bad organization.

Minpunten

Salary is extremely low, 900 $. They can't even organize transfer from airport to the ship, you pay half the price of the airplane ticket. Their prices change in the system literally every cruise, commission is low, for high end brands even less than 1%. They send people on board with wrong medical, some of them never worked on board and don't know anything about ship life.
