Many talented employees, great customer base, great products to sell. Some managers, execs are great.

Minpunten

Product mgrs continually come up w/products to sell but takes a while to get to market. Best upper management individuals have retired or moved to other companies. Hopefully new management can make improvements. Mid-management is marginal at best. You have to be there many years to get enough pto to balance out workload, work/life balance. Pay structures change often.

Hardware Resources has a friendly environment and great employees! I've felt like a part of the team from day one. There is work life balance and the organization offers great benefits. I also appreciate the effort spent on developing their folks.

There’s a massive snow storm this week, which happens to coincide with our annual sales meeting. I’m forty miles from the hotel, so why am I being pressured to attend and threatened with possible termination if I don’t? I’m truly disgusted with how they are treating employees during this time. We are not doctors or police, we sell hardware. Even the Walmarts and McDonald’s near me are closed.
