      The bosses power-trip treating their employees bad with threaten of being fired every single day if they don’t go fast enough do not care if your over 40 years old one boss said “if you don’t go faster I’ll hire someone that will your easy to be replaced you need this job you are up in age” Human Resources do not care if you complain to them at all they run this place like it’s military and you will even get threaten if you try use the bathroom. Bosses get away with to much here and make dark jokes all this is ignore. This place has cause nothing but mental damage

      Hardware Resources has a friendly environment and great employees! I've felt like a part of the team from day one. There is work life balance and the organization offers great benefits. I also appreciate the effort spent on developing their folks.

      There’s a massive snow storm this week, which happens to coincide with our annual sales meeting. I’m forty miles from the hotel, so why am I being pressured to attend and threatened with possible termination if I don’t? I’m truly disgusted with how they are treating employees during this time. We are not doctors or police, we sell hardware. Even the Walmarts and McDonald’s near me are closed.
