Company is passive aggressive and does not honor commitments. They hid under the guise of start up skin and shedding talent, but that's how it operates. Moved from NY to SF - fired all. In SF hired new talent and all have left but a few. Owners transition out and hire new CEO and COO. New CEO pushes out COO and moves out people from SF. She hires a new HR person and they start over. Things are great - we are growing and we are in our natural evolution. The people that left ended up at better companies because they're talented.
