- Salary is the key negative factor and any employee that leaves will tell you that - Workload is very heavy because the message is all about profit so they will work you way more than they pay - Maternity and Paternity in the US are really poor and many US companies this size are really putting in several months off if not more - Culture used to be good but now has become just a factory sort of setting - You can not talk to HR with getting any results...if you can even get a confidential time with them - Your voice is not heard anymore - Employee surveys are done once a year and then dissected by leadership to figure out who the problem is instead of what the gap is for improvement
