Minpunten

Frequent team changes : They would change your team multiple times which does not allow us the time to understand a client. Micro-management: Certain teams had really poor work culture as they judged the performance of a recruiter based on the call numbers, which was highly unprofessional. I would like to mention if possible please avoid working with Team Amazon/Microsoft.

They were able to find me a position in Amazon. They would check in on me every month which I appreciated.

Minpunten

No paid vacation time, no holiday pay. have to wait long time to get dental insurance.
