-The only reason why the company has not merged with USI is so that the existing senior leadership can continue their unfair employee practices such as favouritism, scapegoating by which they misuse their power. -The top leadership favours only those who suck up to them and are ruthless, mean, and political. They dislike honest, sincere and hard working employees. They harass them and demotivate them via false negative feedback, poor appraisal ratings to the point where they are forced to quit.
