Employee Focus : They focus really on employees, looking at each of our specific aspirations and try to match with the best they can. I wanted to shift from a python to full stack and they moved me to such a role in some time. Fun : A lot of fun events and you never really get bored. Unless you get bored of parties. Startup culture : Hashedin continue to keep its startup culture even after 8 years after having good growth. The company culture has not been negotiated even after it grew a 200+ hashers. Still every one in the organisation is reachable to any one including leadership, even with out meeting requests. Free food : Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner all free. Breakfast is only ready made items like bread, jam, butter, cornflakes milk etc. Also 24 hours juice/coffee team available free. Non veg on Fridays is my fav :) Client side benefits : I have in client location in banglaore for two months and got some extra benefits like food reimbursement, travel reimbursement and some other allowances. Growth focus : The culture is more toward growth focus. What i understood was, if I am able to showcase my skills and ready to take the ownership, I get to grow much faster compared to my previous company. Seniors here really focus on your personal growth

- I was a lateral hire, so Hashedin university ( Bootcamp) for lateral hires should have been help full to cover the knowledge gap. - Leadership needs to spend more time in training. There trainings are really effective. - Joining Salary is not as great as product companies. But good among services I feel and from my experience it balances out in long run if you are technically good. You get promotions quickly if you are good compared to other companies
