Zero Pro - Have worked here for more then one year, No career growth, no personal growth, not even company growth. Even i had to write cons in pros, such company it is.

Surprised to hear that, once manager himself said it's strategy to keep employee with false promise of hike. Not enough space in office. No trust on employees, Bad attitude of HR and Manager.
