      I came into my position straight out of college. I didn't have a ton of work experience, so I was extremely thankful to find a company that would train me. I have learned so much in my time here!

      Minpunten

      I had difficulty managing my time when I first started. The training was very intensive, but all the hard work is starting to pay off now! You get out what you put in.

      If you want to be the best version of yourself, this opportunity will help get you there. You will reach goals, those of which you didn't think possible. The atmosphere and community of people are all positive. I would trade it for nothing.

      Minpunten

      It's really weird at first; so if you don't like asking questions to find out why, this isn't for you. It's a lot of hard work and investment; so if you're someone who needs instant gratification, this isn't for you. People who are pro athletes didn't quit when they aren't making money in high school or college. People don't lose 50 pounds in one night. Things take time and effort. It's a lot of networking and stepping out of comfort zones to help you succeed; so if you don't like communicating with people or being uncomfortable, this isn't for you.
