      Forward thinking Very transparent, amazed they shared the level of information they did, targets fixed which was a new concept in this industry! Definitely caring, friendly senior management willing to listen to new ideas. Had A friend in the company that went through a difficult time, company really supportive.

We are always willing to listen to employees who chose to tell us where they want to go whether it is within or even outside of the company. The family presence promotes a caring approach to our people, whether its giving support during difficult times such as flexible working, financial assistance or healthcare.
