Pluspunten

Being a small organization allows agility to make changes to processes and programs. HS also attempts to make it easier for those in any location to be connected to co-workers and teams. Each year it has a picnic for all employees and it participated in the Christmas for Kids nonprofit event to connect with local communities.

Minpunten

HS has lost its identity during the recent growth spurt. As a result, many employees no longer feel valued and the resulting staffing reductions further underscore employees concerns about the future of the organization.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We have found it very insightful. Growth and change have been good teachers for us. We have learned that in times of transition, leadership must listen and communicate more than usual. Although unintended, it appears our communication during a period of change left you anxious about the future. Your review will prompt many discussions on how we can better do this. Minpunten

When big projects, like a new product, are occurring it really overloads all departments. Instead of hiring on additional help or temp help all departments must shoulder the additional workload.
