Leadership is always open to new ideas and different ways to do things and is very approachable. National firm with lots of tools and resources available to make you successful.
Minpunten
Must be a self starter. There is not a lot of hand holding. If a lot of training and oversight is what you need, this is not the place for you. While getting significantly better, there is still disconnect between offices across the country on best practices, tools etc... that are available. Collaboration between offices is getting better but still needs improvement.
