As a startup, a lot is asked of everyone, often with barebones resource. This can often cause stress — but can also be extremely regarding

The office is nice and there's great food options nearby. Work from home was nice. Enthusiastic employees and the people in the office are generally nice. Alcohol on Thursdays!

Minpunten

Pointless meetings, especially ones that occur right at 8am (which was when interns were expected to arrive). Generally very dull with menial tasks. The head of the marketing team showed no interest in communicating with the interns, rarely engaged and out of touch. Constantly played music the entire duration of the shift. No compensation and poor benefits.
