They make an effort to improve culture through volunteer work or monthly culture meetings. Everyone else was really nice except for my team.

Minpunten

My manager literally told me she was bad at communicating. She also heavily relied on the technicians to train me even though I was in a senior position. She would rather play world of warcraft at home than actually work. It is unfortunate that the techs on the team believe that this is true leadership.

People are fantastic - aggressive, hard working , smart and culture was outstanding. This company is doing it the right way and one of the reasons why they had a chance to sell the business to Generous Brands!

PTO has a cap Managers are inexperience and it shows Favoritism is a real Curse at this job Managers who get hired or even promoted over production employees quit or has the production employees how to do things. Like come on, how are you gonna hire someone who makes near 6 figures and that person ask a regular worker how to do things. its crazy
