Working remotely and having every other Friday off . Holiday paid shutdown.

Minpunten

Everything is very outdated . Their processes are old and outdated. Nobody wants to contribute because they won’t be heard or they’re scared. Nobody talks during the staff meetings. It’s constantly awkward. You’ll probably never get to know your coworkers but they all know each other very well and you’d boss will talk about their vacations they take around the world while you barely make a paycheck.

-virtual environment can be a burden at times, bad reception, don't see coworkers f2f often

Every other Friday off and the benefits are great. Work from home.

Leadership has no prior experience leading a company or employees. Managers bully their employees and don't help solve day to day problems.
