I wish that I could say that there were any, but there aren’t.

- (2) Fifteen Minute Breaks and a 30 Minute Lunch for a 10 hour shift - ZERO Attempt to be inclusive towards their black employees (Only 2 at the time) -False job description and expectations of pay -Inaccurate job title with poor pay structure and benefits. -Terrible training program.

Perhaps it's from your feedback to leadership while you were working, but the positive changes and transformation from two years ago are quite dramatic. As a start-up, 2 years make a big difference in processes, leadership, and mindset.
