      Decent base pay and benefits. Some of the people were really great, but it looks like most of them have moved on too.

      Minpunten

      My experience there stuck with me, not in a good way. There was no clear strategy, performance goals, or constructive feedback. It seemed like leadership was constantly reinventing the company and reacting to competitors and partners building competing capabilities. Turnover rate was also really high so most people didn't voice concerns. All in all, a very difficult environment to work in, much less be successful.

      The company has existed for nearly 10 years but has not managed to grow, find a stable market, or achieve an acquisition. Leadership lacks clear direction and frequently chases new “shiny” ideas without proper research or long-term planning. As a result, an already small team is expected to build, maintain, and market multiple products, none of which are developed to a high standard. There is a confusing mix of outsourced work, US-based remote staff, and a constant rotation of contractors who repeatedly rebuild the same systems every six months. The work environment can be quite toxic due to a few problematic individuals, and these issues are not effectively addressed. Overall, I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless it is truly a last resort.
