The only positive point is that the salary is slightly higher than what other call centers offer.
Minpunten
The management is terrible, the benefits are zero, the transportation subsidy doesn't last even a week, there's no soda in the company. They tell you they'll assign you a client, and the next thing you know, you have two clients and a ton of calls. And they always say we're growing, but the salary isn't growing, but the calls are. The time it takes you to get off your shift and get home can be two to three hours, depending on where you live.
