The leadership team has improved a lot with several new hires including a new CEO and the removal of executives and leaders who were not effective in their roles. There has been a noticeable improvement in many areas and even though people are fast to jump on Glassdoor to write about their terrible experiences with leadership, the truth is the company is heading in a very good direction in a highly-competitive market. It's not easy winning KLAS 3 times and having hundreds of really amazing clients. The real difference internally is that the people who have seen amazing companies built accept change because they know it's needed. The people who come here to scream and degrade the company, likely are the same people who refused to accept change and were coached out. HRS is filled with very caring and passionate people across many teams. There are some really amazing people and it's all about patients and clients.
