Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We know that shifts in where work gets done can be frustrating, especially when it feels like it affects local technical roles. We do use some offshore support, but it’s meant to extend our team’s capabilities—not replace them. We’re committed to keeping technical expertise at the core of our organization and supporting growth for our in-house talent.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.
