Sorry you felt the company was not aligned on goals; our enterprise OKRs are communicated across the organization frequently and teams create their own goals and OKRs that tie in. Connection across teams is critical, and we continue to work to build opportunities for collaboration both in-person and virtually to accommodate our hybrid workplace.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
