The new hyderabad operations head has been criticized for being disengaged, failing to interact with employees, and not addressing critical issues within the team. He always take names of previous leaders as if he was not part of the decision makers while taking those decisions. He sits in his own cabin and never interacts with employees. Not sure how he was selected for this role.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
