Minpunten
Unfortunately, HealthPoint employs management that is allowed to bully, intimidate, threaten, and otherwise behave in passive-aggressive or outright aggressive behavior. If you stand up for yourself or speak up, then you are targeted and pressured until you either quit or get fired for trumped up charges (i.e. not being 'positive' enough....somewhat difficult when you're under constant micromanaged attacks at all hours of the work day). Don't bother asking for time off to take care of your family or your own health. However, if you're in management or one of the favored few, then you can leave whenever you want or better yet come to work to study for your law degree or plan your best friend's wedding...all while your clinic goes up in flames. Great times! Thanks HealthPoint administration for giving us such an inspiring model of work ethics!
