Trigger-happy employer who fires key team members without a contingency plan in place - leads to huge knowledge gaps. Regularly promotes unqualified people from within to fill positions. The "old boys club" is alive and well at HealthTrans. IT team is talented but poorly managed. Data systems are extremely insecure - clients should be wary and/or nervous.
