Working largely on my own is great for the self motivated, flexible, micromanagement resistant, and diligent worker in me. Excellent pay. Great benefits. Responsive management. Currently only one for me. The partnership I work for requires on call every other weekend. This is an exception though as we normally are m-f only. If there are many cons it just means the job isn't a fit. This position requires independent thinking and work. At times it also calls for high functioning problem solving and critical thinking skills along with patience in the case of equipment or vehicle challenges, which are inherent with mobile applications. This is not for the person who wants to punch in and out at the same time every day, have their hand held through the day, and stare at the same 4 walls.
