The only pros that I can mention would be remote positions and ok benefits. Pretty much what most companies offer.
Minpunten
Leadership needs significant improvement. They hire underexperience employees when there are seasoned, experienced employees that should be promoted. Seasoned employees end up training incoming management. Low morale, underappreciated achievements, lack of opportunities, insufficient pay, excess responsibilities, all lead to layoff's. It all boils down to poor leadership, particularly in the area of clinical care. System producing incorrect data. loosing contracts also leads to layoffs. Poor management leads to layoffs. High turnover! People don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad management. Not a good track record.
