      Working here is very rewarding, just seeing the happiness on the clients face is so awesome! Being able to work with all kinds of dogs is so much fun. The staff and co workers at Healthy Spot are always positive and are ready to lend a helping hand. I am excited to be part of the family here, and excited to be able to grow with the comapany.

      DO NOT WORK HERE!! If you are disrespected by a customer, Healthy Spot will take their side and terminate an employee. Weird cult like behavior from corporate that has management micromanaging you so you upsell everything and take advantage of people by suggesting they buy more expensive things than they actually need. The assistant manager would tell me inappropriate stories about her life outside of work. Management is constantly lecturing you to sell sell sell and act like a disingenuous car salesman. Weird cliques within grooming. I asked the corporate grooming instructor who became acting HR when the company got bought out for dental insurance questions and she never got back to me, and then I was terminated. There’s better jobs out there.
