Minpunten
1. Painfully understaffed and staff members don’t turn up to shifts which has a domino effect on the ones who do 2. Not enough staff to cover the number of student buildings 3. A feeling of disregard towards students because there’s too much work to be done to focus on them (see above) 4. Only one training event offered (for sales) but no training on how to use any of the day-to-day systems, how or where the different sites are. You’re thrown in at the deep end because that’s how everyone else had it 4. Perkbox is supposed to be a rewards system but most of the offers aren’t relevant to regular users, or you can only get things like 4% discounts from shops by buying gift vouchers in advance.
