- Flexible working hours - Remote work anytime - Good office location, very near with MRT and has many food stalls nearby

- Too much remote working, breaking down the teamwork and team agility - Too flexible working, breaking down the teamwork and team agility - Business model is not working well - Can't make money / profit with the current business model - Many wrong decisions made that costed money and time but didn't add any value
