No egos. Tech and marketing credentials way bigger than the size of the team. The founder comes with experience as a client, consultant and tech investor with both US and European experience. This is a unique combination that gives a huge opportunity to learn and get engaged in a business in it's early days.

Might not be right for people who like to coast or take a long time to work out how to add value or cannot flex their skills to the task at hand.
