The company smartly packages their organisation as a 'fast-paced' start-up environment, which is meant to be inspiring, but in reality large part of the day-to-day comes down to micro-management and inefficiency. Expect to be updating management and the team (aka the entire company) at least twice a day on what you've been doing exactly, an unnecessary and inefficienct use of everyone's time. Also very little effort is put into the growth of (junior) employees, with poor contracts, little education and few medior or senior level colleagues to learn from. Furthermore, the expectations that are set are completely unrealistic, fueled by stress about whether the company's goals will be met. Lastly, the way some workers are treated, especially once they leave, is unprofessional, disrespectful and shows no self-reflection.
