I've worked at a number of tech companies in the bay, but never has any workplace offered such a a truly supportive and transparent environment. HelloSign is driven by the ethos that we want our product to inspire our customers to do great things, and to inspire the team to greatness in the process, and it shows. Expect to have alot of fun, and get alot done. Some highlights for me: - Everyone is awesome, but in their own way. There's no 'brogrammers' or stereotypical tech culture. - Management is truly concerned for your well being, and your success both in the company and in your career path. - Weekly meetings make everything about the business transparent, and everyone's input is equally valued. - Everyone is approachable, friendly, and non-judgemental. - We work hard, but not in 'emergency-mode' - hours are reasonable and people do actually go on vacation, which can be atypical of companies with similar vacay policies. - The product is awesome, and industry leading! 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing I can think of is that since folks like to have fun in the office, it can occasionally get loud. Bring your headphones.
