Being a remote company, sometimes I wish we are all in the same office together as when we do get together on our company retreats amazing things happen.

Pluspunten

- very fast paced environment, like a startup, however, it's a 7 year old company, which is a interesting dynamic. - very relaxed management (they expect a LOT though) - interesting space to work in

Minpunten

Management could definitely invest more into training people. They have this 'sink or swim' attitude towards new hires, so it's not uncommon to see people come and leave in their first month. Apart from that it's a great environment
