A good place to learn that words are cheap. I've stayed this long because I was foolish enough to believe in their words.

Minpunten

- Blatant favoritism is rampant. If you are not in the management's inner circle, they will bully you into submission. - Management blamed employees for their mismanagement of projects. - No clear business directions. - Non-tech personnel making decisions on technical architecture and coding practices. - Nothing is transparent. A project's direction set after meetings would be changed for no apparent reason since it would not be made known.

Able to work from home when needed, good benefits, pay and bonuses. Colleagues and bosses are friendly and we are like a work family.

toxic management they get in good employees if they’re struggling and let others get away with doing nothing and if they’re struggling don’t want to deal with an employee they pawn them off onto others
