Organizational development is lacking. Different levels of the organization do not understand the mission statement and what it means to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

Minpunten

Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.
