This company treats it software developing team wonderful, if this is your area apply today! If the job you are applying for is entry level customer support/service job, still an okay job, but if you work there 5 years and try to advance and don’t, find another job because you are stuck were you are at with no chance of moving anywhere within the company.

-Bad interdepartmental communication. -Company will always hire degree over experience for any team lead or manager job. - Uses the “all other tasks assigned” under job description to load more work on one employee without having to raise their pay except the yearly cost of living raise. This happen at all levels. -No Christmas bonus or anything to benefit your family just a Christmas party for employees and spouse, and if you been to one, the rest are the same. Unless you are a manager then you get a nice lunch and movie tickets on top of the lame Christmas party.
