Pas de ticket restau juste un frigo avec des plats nuls Management moyen Environnement un peu toxique au niveau de quelques equipes Des gens qui sont la depuis 20 ans et donc changent difficile Chiant au niveau du ttv: c’est 3 jours de présence et pas 2 jours de ttv: la semaine ou il y’a un jour ferié… Obligation de prendre un RTT par mois: pas le droit de cumuler des rtt Ils disent qu’il y a un 13eme mois alors que c’est déduit des 12 salaires de l’année Pas d’augmentation Pas de variable

My experience at this company was disappointing. During the interview process, the role was presented with exciting ideas, growth opportunities, and support that simply did not match the reality once I started. Many of the expectations they set beforehand were not aligned with the actual working conditions.
