I worked in the ProSolutions division, which is generator sets, heat, air conditioning equipment. Can be some interesting customers and challenging worksites. Jobsites can be construction sites, office buildings, factories, movie shoots, all kinds of places, which can really be gratifying when a job is well done and you played a part in making it happen.

Minpunten

The Company is so profit driven that it is downright dangerous to work here. Management is very adept at creating scapegoats of anyone, anytime something goes wrong. Safety is a facade which is cast aside whenever it becomes inconvenient. Because of the atmosphere, you don't attend many retirement parties at Herc.

Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
