Used to be a great company to work for, but since one of the founding CEO left abruptly, upper management changes and a company announcement of an office move to Tampa it’s gone downhill. Many employees leaving. Management doesn’t manage, zero people skills. They turn employee concerns around to make you feel like you’re over exaggerating. Promotions done with no rhyme or reason, most times advancement positions are not even posted, just handed to people who lack the skills to fill the job instead of people who hold grudges when employees disagree with them or hold different opinions.
