Absolutely nothing, expect maybe passing the interview - that was really quick and easy. Also some nice people work there (I don't know why)

Minpunten

A lot of them, but the biggest con is CEO and it's horrible management style. No clear task assignment or task description, management really lacks some basic technical knowledge. Also some English classes could really help them. Job description given on the interview didn't correspond to actual tasks.
