* Remote Work * Tons of nice people who have worked there for many years * It's a great product and can really make a difference if a company uses it as intended

Minpunten

* CEO and his Mom set impossible goals for the number of new customers they hope to be attracting. It sets everyone up for failure when you chase a number that literally cannot happen. * Paid only once a month * No real growth opportunities * Small company that has been running like a start up for decades Herrmann has an annual event where all employees are flown in for a week of team building. It would be fun but the CEO brings bottles and bottles of wine and beer, which they drown themselves in every night. They are up late yelling and being loud and then are hung over the next day. It's a party for the people who have worked there a long time and very unprofessional.

Truly caring management who want you to grow and develop. Currently testing 4 day work week!

Minpunten

Can be fast moving and constantly changing ideas. Sometimes too many “cooks in the kitchen” - leadership team needs to trust their employees.

Company and leadership lacked clarity in goal execution with constantly moving goal posts and attempts to create relevancy in the market by chasing the shiny object in the room. Lack of trust in employees.
