It sets everyone up for failure when you chase a number that literally cannot happen. * Paid only once a month * No real growth opportunities * Small company that has been running like a start up for decades Herrmann has an annual event where all employees are flown in for a week of team building. It would be fun but the CEO brings bottles and bottles of wine and beer, which they drown themselves in every night. They are up late yelling and being loud and then are hung over the next day. It's a party for the people who have worked there a long time and very unprofessional.
