There’s a strong sense of openness and collaboration. The onboarding experience is well-structured, it gives a good overview of the company, product, and leadership, which helps you feel connected early on. The benefits are also good, and the office perks stand out, especially the pantry and the quality of lunch provided. And the people are pretty fun as well.

While the overall onboarding is good, the role-specific training could be more structured. There is a lot of support available if you ask questions, but a clearer training framework around day-to-day responsibilities would make the transition into the role smoother.
