Hidden Level embraces the remote/hybrid work life and has the tools in place to support it. Some employees come to the office regularly, but have the flexibility to WFH as necessary, others are 100% remote. There is something for everyone. Communication between employees is encouraged via regularly scheduled company meetings, lunches and even happy hours. Everyone, up to and including the CEO, is friendly and willing to help.
