Minpunten
1. Massive level of politics in the management, people getting terminated overnight, around 20 employees out of total 60 terminated without warning, and severance-pay, Zero Job security. 2. management people putting fake reviews on glassdoor to hide all this chaos. 3. A lot of people left and a lot got terminated, the treatment was such, nobody even put a last 'thank you' e-mail. if your family depends on your salary, stay away from this company. 4. No work-life balance, management sets unrealistic deadlines and crushes you under expectations to complete before deadline and if u miss it they term you 'not Competitive enough'. 5. No appreciation whatsoever no matter how much you work, the day they get a replacement for you, you are fired. 6. Huge workload makes you mentally and physically tired, calls get scheduled at anytime they want, there's no working hour concept in the company and hence no satisfaction in work. 7. Would prefer to stay Jobless than to work here.
