Micromanagement, very low salary, meaningless work that focuses on quantity over quality and seemingly changed every single day. Boss would tell you to do something and get mad when you'd do it, telling you something completely different. Then they'd get mad at you for doing that instead of what you started with. Several past employees got threatened with lawsuits for going to another company. Opportunities to advance were promised for years, but never happened.
