Poor processes and systems make success very difficult. Very high turnover happens because of this. Lower level employees bring up issues, problems and solutions, but they are ignored. The culture stresses long hours, high stress and staying quiet. A hotel company with no hotel perks. Good luck getting ever getting a discount on a room. High pressure from management to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor. So be skeptical.
