The Hilton employee travel perks are easily the best part of the job.

Minpunten

The minimum wage is not enough to live on, especially when the cheap international business travelers aren’t tipping. Also, during the football season, being forced to do tip-less work for the millionaire players loses its novelty very quickly.

Great team benefits for Hotel discounts at any Hilton Chain Hotels. Includes all Hiltons, Embassy suites and many other boutique hotels. Excellent spa manager. Lovely treatment rooms. Free food in the cafeteria.

Minpunten

Gratuities may vary substantially. Employee parking is a pain. Hotel break room for employees is a grungy cafeteria in the basement with limited wifi. So if your hours between bookings its not much fun.
